Team Scarcity or Team Abundance?

...#trust is not something I take for granted.

It makes me so happy, both personally and professionally, that the amazing Vivian Acquah CDE® put her trust in me. I've just delivered a DEI training for one of Vivian's clients as she was unable to - and it was a pleasure representing Amplify DEI.

We covered #inclusive self, #leadership, #unconsciousbias and #allyship. It has made me think about having an #abundancemindset. I firmly believe there is enough work in the DEI field, but realising that we need to do this together is when we can truly start moving the needle.
